Hi, I just wanted to send you a quick short note to say that I love 1 Click Copy!!!! Download went without hiccup. I received my backup copy in the mail to Australia very promptly too. Ta! Instructions are great for setting up. Program is so quick and easy to use and I have had no problems at all!! I may go for 2 or 3 dvd copy weeks without using it but there is really hardly any thinking involved!!! Thank you. |

Here is something you can add to what customers think of your software. I tried 3 different dvd software sights and honestly, 1 clic is the best and easiest. Your software and your responses back to customers who use your software , customer sales and tech support response time in 2 words is, A big EXCELLENT !!!!!! P/S The 1clic dvd pro is aw some. I bought and downloaded this product not knowing JACK about computers or copying DVD’s. It downloaded perfectly and was ready to use. I mean come on… It says, “Hey Dude, put your DVD in” and did everything. Next, “Hey Dude, put a blank disc in” and did everything. I can say that this is probably been the most painless software purchase I have made. The quality of the DVD movies I have burned are awesome. With my new computer and your software, I am burning movies in 15 minutes. I know the software will allow me to do a lot more, however, that is not why I bought your product. It said 1 Click Dude and it is everything as advertised. Great job and knowing you back it up is even better. |

By the way, I also have DVD CLONER II, which isn't bad, when it works, I have DVDXPlatinum, which I find useless, and I have Video Vault, which is good, but slower than death. i have updated my computer and their are no problems it took just 7 minutes to read my dvd movie and approx 10miutes write .1clickdvdcopypro is a great product and i would recommend to all my friends'the support i received when ihad problemswith a slow burn was as good as it gets and thanks to the support staff for their help and the upgrades i have received |

Thanks for an amazing product!! I’m blown away by not only the product but the outstanding support provided for my 1clickdvdcopy. The smartest thing I’ve purchased so far to date. LG has come thru every time I’ve needed help and the newest version now allows me to get update notifications as soon as they are available. I’ve yet to find a DVD I could not burn eventually as the updates definitely keep up with the changing schemes. If I can’t burn a new scheme I just wait for the next update and Walla!!!! 1clickdvdcopy comes thru. I can’t imagine using another program. |

I just wanted you to know that the latest development of LG is a super program. I look at the facts and many of the comments of other users and I don't know how for the life of me they get into such problems. I have had none other than after I formatted my hard drive and re-installed it but that was for licensing not a problem with the program. It is super; I couldn't say it any better other than to say that it is vastly improved over the first earlier versions I have used. I still have DVDXCopy Platinum but sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn't function properly so I am deleting it. I just downloaded the small update and again the programs functions beautifully with no problems at all. Just wanted to let you know. |

I was skeptical - I'd tried several DVD copy programs that did not work well. I saw a review on your product - and the free trial. Well, I used the free trial and tried copying DVDs that caused other programs to crash. Your product breezed right through them - so I bought the PRO version. Well done! |

This is probably the wrong place to send this, but I just wanted to say that your software is GREAT!! Our hard drive crashed a while back and we lost everything, including my DVD XCopy Platinum. Unfortunately for me, after their lawsuit I was not able to reload my software and there was zero support. I did a lot of research on new software and decided to give yours a try. I have to admit, I was concerned a bit about having to download the separate decrypter, but it was a simple and painless process. I went ahead and did your free trial and was thrilled with how easy, fast and great the copies come out. I immediately purchased the full version the very next day. My kids are ALWAYS taking our DVD's over to their friend's for sleepovers and such....this will save our library tremendously!! Thanks!! |

I look forward to using 1Click DVD Copy with its two drive operation and automated compression feature. I'm a former DVDXCOPY PLATINUM user but with one drive feature and no customer support the program is out of service! And without service little problems become big unseasonable problems, especially after paying $149.00 for DVDXCOPY PLATINUM and it doesn't work! 1Click is the bomb for 1/3 the price, totally satisfied. |

I have to tell you guys - you have been EXTREMELY helpful. The reason I chose your software over the dozens of other ones out there was because EVERYWHERE I read about your software, people said that your customer service was outstanding & by far the best.
I have to agree 100%. You worked me through a problem I thought was unworkable. My software is working, and the discs look 10 times better than clonedvd.net. I made the right choice - I got a better product and excellent customer support. Thanks for all your help! |

I tried the 1ClickDVDCopy trial to both copy an image to my harddrive as well as make an actual copy of a DVD movie, and I am very impressed! The software could not be any easier to use (TRULY a 1 click copy!), and by using the DVD43 software, all things copied perfectly. I just bought the full version, and I am very satisfied. The price of the software is very reasonable, and I am very glad to have found your product. No problems at all here... just wanted to say "great job!" |
