Your program is great. I have talked other people into purchasing it. Overall all I rate it better than six others I've experimented with. Very easy to use and never a bad DVD copy. |

I purchased and downloaded the new 1CLICKDVDCopyPro version, and I'll tell you something........it ROCKS!! No other product on the market gives the user the options that this product does, with a nice interface like that. I LOVE the compression options, and the detailed options that allow the user to retain or omit certain DVD "extras", etc. Unbelievable. You've blown away the competition!! Great Product!! |

I thought you might like to know. I recently purchased DVD-CLONER III and attempted to copy "STAR WARS III (Revenge of the Sith)". It failed badly. I even downloaded DVD43 to try and help it work. It would not play on my DVD player hooked to my TV. It would play somewhat on POWERDVD on my computer. I tried contacting them for help, but they just beat around the bush telling me that it was possible the DVD I was using was to blame. I got disgusted and bought your product "1 CLICK DVD COPY". Guess What???? It works GREAT. I guess next time I will research better before I buy. Thank you very much for a very professional program. |

Are you guys just good to me, or do others also get the red carpet treatment? I'd like you to know that I decided to invest in your product because of the outstanding tech support I've heard about and received. I could not ask for more. Thanks again. |

1ClickDVDCopy has saved me hundreds of dollars in backing-up my DVD library. I have four daughters who like to take their favorite movies on the road when we travel. We use to take the original DVDs with us and they most certainly would become scratched, stepped on or lost in the van. Now, we just make a back-up of the movies and leave the originals at home! If you have children and a DVD player in your car, the 1ClickDVDCopy software is an absolute must for families. There's simply no better product in the market place. Thank you. |

Few months ago, I acquired DVDX Copy and I Copy DVD's 2. None of them ever responded back or help me. Spent over 200.00$ with them and no support. If they would have responded as you all did. They still would have my business. Thank so much. Wherever you are, and who ever you are. Thank you so much. You resolved my problem so easy, just by communicating. Keep it up. Don't loose it. Customer Care is what people like me and millions will come back to your company. |

an excellent program! I had a home created DVD that for some reason I could not copy, even on the hard drive! This program tackled it with no problem! I highly recommend this program to anyone who creates their own content, as well as archiving their collection. Thanks 1click team! :) |

I would like to thank you for your prompt response with my problem, and also for resetting my account. I work in IT so I am constantly adding new hardware to my computer and testing things out which is why I reformat a lot.. anyways I just wanted to thank you for your support. I think you have a great product and the few problems I have encountered are always handled quickly and professionally. Thanks again. |

Thank you also for responding so quickly to my tech support request. It is appreciated. Please pass along some praise to your staff and R&D folks, as well. While I truly do like the "simplicity itself" style interface of the software (puts you well ahead of the competition), the actual reason that I purchased the software was because of the video compression engine -- it is just really excellent. To date, I've managed to compress about 8G onto a single DVD5 with no noticeable loss of video quality. At higher levels (say, 9G) I do notice some degradation --- but no one else seems to. But then, I've become something of a 'video snob' as of late. Again, your tech support really needs to be commended (come on, an email support reply within 12hrs is practically unheard of); and the R&D guys really deserve some praise -- for the great video compression engine, as well as the "simplicity itself" no-nonsense interface. Guys, this really is a great product -- you can all hold your heads up high on this one.... Thanks. I've rarely said this, but in this case it's true: It is a pleasure to purchase your software. |

I purchase 1Click DVD copy on Mon, 22 Aug 2005 22:38:06 -0400 and discover that very review I read stands to be 100% correct it is the best software in the market. The installation is very simple and the registration process is very quick and straight forward. Once I downloaded and register it the program I was able to copy DVD without any issues. The software does all the thinking I just do the clicking and bang instant copy. The burning process is so quick and easy. I highly recommend this software it worth every penny. So far I copied over 30 DVD and have not wasted one blank. Just wanted to say thanks, keep up the good work. So far three of my friends purchase the software and they can't stop thanking me. |

I’m sending my most sincerest thanks for your very well made product. It is very refreshing that someone in business still has the integrity to make a product that does what they claim it to be able to do. I’m not someone who is using your product to make illegal resale copies of my DVDs. I am using it to back up my collection that consist of some very hard to find DVDs as well as box collections that aren’t produced anymore. My deepest thanks for a job well done. |

Your product is the most terrific among all the others that I've tried. It truly lives up to its name "1 Click". I'm very satisfied. |

Great software! Indeed, it is difficult not to repeat many comments expressed by many of the users here. The much heralded 321 XCopy (that I purchased) inserted a stupid copyright screen - all I need are legal backup copies and not reminders about legalities. Second, 321 will not allow a second copy if my first backup becomes a coaster! Of course, you don't get customer service from a defunct company. So, I needed a replacement software. A quick Google search brought up a few contenders including 1 Click DVD. All I needed was simple, powerful, affordable & reliable application. Having used many DVD backup programs, I was hesitant to spend more money. The 321 Platinum had cost me good money & yet, had failed. The 3-DVD trial offered by 1 Click DVD allowed me to discover the awesome features. Why would I unhesitatingly recommend 1 Click DVD? |

Just wanted to comment how much I appreciate 1 Click DVD Copy’s excellent compression routine. I’ve been recording some very long TV sports programs (3 hours +). The computer’s editing software does not compress, so if I want to fit a whole program onto one disc, I have to burn the first copy on a dual layer DVD+R (at about $5 a pop!). But when I make a copy for my son, who lives several hundred miles away, I can use 1 Click DVD Copy to compress the program and burn his disc on a 35-cent single layer DVD-R. It’s a money-saver! |

Just a note to say thank you for your quick response to my inquiry. I suppose one always wonders when they buy a product online if the support will really be there when you need it, and you really came through for me. I just have one computer with one recorder, but I'm beginning to think my mistake was buying a HP desktop:). It is less than a year old and its already driving me crazy. I turned it on yesterday to find a black screen with the only mesage NTLDR not found, which precipitated the full reformat and reinstall of everything, of course. Well, thank you once again for your quick response, and your help. Great company, great support, great product. |
