Thought I'd take a moment out of my day to let you know that I purchased your software several months ago and I'm very pleased with my investment. As a computer user and game level designer since 1988, I've had an need to purchase many different types of software. However, I can't recall the last time I was as pleased with a product as I am with "1click". It does what it's supposed to do and it does it quickly and efficiently. It's GUI is very simple and it's protocols are easy for anyone to use, yet the results are powerful and predictable. Your product is reliable, easy to use and lives up to all of your advertising promises. Very refreshing in today's environment.

I DIDN'T WANT TO SUBMIT THIS FROM YOUR CONTACT PAGE, BECAUSE IT SEEMED TO BE ONLY FOR PROBLEMS. I HAVE OWNED DVDXCOPY(321) SINCE BEFORE IT WAS PREVENTED FROM BEING SOLD. Thank You so much for the help with my question. I was able to reinstall and use my 1ClickDvd without any problems. I have to admit I thought it was going to be a hassal at first to try and get the program back onto my computer but you responded quickly and with the results i was looking for. I decided to go with 1ClickDvd over all the other Dvd burner programs because your program was rated highest in customer support and im glad that your company was able to back up those ratings.

Stick this in your review page. "Miles better than Xcopy, DVD Double. and the rest. simple to use, easy to follow, this is a good program. uncomplicated but with a bit of style, this one is gonna be round for a while, matched up with great online support, your "$$$" or "£££" are well spent. I would not use another program every and i have tried a few. Nice one 1click, keep it up

Amazing! You have provided DVD burning software that actually functions as advertised. Error free installation and true one click DVD burning along with referral to effective copy protection bypass software makes this a complete package. In the 20 years that I have been working in the PC support industry I can't recall having dealt with any software that has been this seamless in terms of installation and operation.

We have tryed more then 10 different programs and the best one ever came a cross was your 1 click dvd copy. my wife has said more then once it is idiot proof even she says i can even she can make very good copys, and we both say thank you for making very good program as this one, thank you a gain for the best one ever.

I just want to tell you that I have used 1clickdvdcopy for about a year or so. I have tried three (3) other DVD copy programs prior to purchasing this one. All three of the other programs would not produce the results that they advertised, or would even come close to matching the software program that you have available. I will also tell you that most of the other programs were more costly than your program. The 1clickdvdcopy is an amazing program, it is so easy to use and understand and it does a fantastic job!
I don't normally write these kind of reviews for any companies, but I feel that anyone looking for this type of product should know they can buy this with confidence and that it will work and it is very easy to use and understand. I have backed up approximately fifty (50) of my DVD concerts, that I regard as precious, with the 1clickdvdcopy! In addition, your technical support is supper fast and accurate!

This is just a little note of feedback for you, on
your 1-Click DVD copy program, which I purchased a month or so ago. Using it, I have been able to backup pretty much all of my commercial DVD collection.  The copies are that good, that I tend now to watch the copies, and keep the commercial masters in my archive.  This allows me to use the studio-issue DVD as the master for another
backup, if the copy I am watching fails or gets
damaged. The great thing about 1-Click, is the ability for it to find the main movie itself, and apply the necessary compression to the video, so that the final DVD you burn is 4.6GB or so - totally filling the available space on the blank media(single layer). This is pure genius, and I love that feature.
Other softwares I have used either offer no
compression, or only 1-Hr, 2-Hr or 3-Hr formats,
meaning, if you have a DVD that is 2 hours 15 mins, you have to use the 3-Hr setting, leaving almost 1GB of dead space at the end of the blank DVD. Not with 1-Click DVD copy - it will automatically apply the compression required - bliss!!!

I have to say 1Click DVD Copy is the best, so far, DVD copy software I ever used.  Here are the reasons why:- 1) Really easy to use.  Simply and easy to understand menu.  Very few buttons to click.  Cannot go wrong. 2) Use up very little system resource when the program is in use.  Even when burning a DVD, still allows multi-tasking.  Most DVD copy software will freeze the system when more than one or two programs is running. 3) Excellent pricing.  $59.00.  Worth it!!
4) Flexibilities.  Allow user to choose "Working Directory".  This is the best part.  I now use an external hard drive as the working directory. 
Even the burning not success, I can erase a "all-you-can-erase" external hard drive.  Hassle free.   I think I am pretty much done with re-loading
Windows. 5) Good and fast technical support.  Quick response. Excellent!!!

You have truly made a remarkable piece of software, that does exactly what is says it does. I've had the misfortune of buying software from
the store, claiming it can do everything, and just as I started to use it I came to the reality that it didn't really do exactly what it sayed it can do. They easily trick you, if your aren't paying attention to what your reading. You guys were straight forward, gave the facts, and although I was a little skeptical after my last experience, your -Try it  before you buy it- really made me a true believer. I burned a new release, an old DVD w/ scatches, and a large size DVD. The new release was emacualate, the scratched up dvd was a perfect copy, WOW, and the large size dvd which I thought would not look as good because of the
more compression looked marvelous. Thank you for making a great product and for the Free trial. The free trial was easy and quick and after
those 3 copies I was bought. You have certainly Gained another customer who will undoubtoubly speak of your software when the time is right.

Your is the simplest I've come across and simple is my middle name. Second. I've never had any problems. I did download the free DVD43 and your software interfaces with the decripter nicely.  I spent over $150.00 on DVD X Copy and DVD X Copy Xpress and their software if full of bugs and it doesn't even work anymore now that I have Windows SP2 on my computer. Your software seems to have no bugs and is extremely
easy to use.  Thank you.  I wish I would of known
about your software before I blew all that dough on the 321 studios crappy software. Take care and thank you again

Over the last few weeks I have installed and UNINSTALLED five other DVD copying applications, not one of them comes close to matching the power of 1 Click.  This is simple, powerful, and complete.  As the owner of over 300 DVDs, I am delighted to have a tool that allows me to copy my
DVDs, fast, with no hassle and so completly fool proof.  After using 5 other applications, not one of is as power, fast or easy.  If anyone doesn't buy 1 Click DVD Copy in favor of another, quite simply, they have rocks in their heads.

I just want to say that 1 Click DVD Copy is excellent.  It's indeed easy to use, and creates good quality back-up DVDs.  I did not hesitated in
purchasing it online, after reading the feedback and comparing it with the other dvd copying software.  It's very simple to use and I recommend  it to anyone who would like to back-up their dvds o make exact copies or just the dvd movie without the extras.

I've used em' all, from clone DVD to ghost DVD to
DVD Xcopy and many more....  I have to say that Your software 1Click is so far the only one that has never made a coaster yet.  Movies that I attempted to burn multiple times with the other titles above, were never successful until using 1Click.  Coupled with DVD43, nothing else has compared and I thank you for your product.  Well worth the purchase price !! Bought 1click dvd and it has been working great easy to use. have not lost a disc or had play back problems while backing up my dvd collection. I would reccommend this to all users!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought this a couple months ago, and it is the best dvd copying software hands down.  it doesnt leave a stupid message like 321 studios dvd x copy did and u can take out the special features and such.  just need to get dvd43 or another css decrypter like anydvd.

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for this incredible program!  1ClickDVDCopy so completely blows away the competition that it's
 almost just hard to believe!  I tried about 10 other programs before I found yours and none were as easy or accurate as this one!  Many only consist of other freeware programs already available on the Net and most are very confusing, not to mention unstable and take too long to run. Most other programs also do not offer a trial version like yours which allows the user to run a full test of the software (and yours allows 3!!!). Many of the other competing programs only allow the first 10 minutes of video to be copied, then it stops.  LAME!!!!  One piece of software I  tried did this in the trial version, but when I got the full program it
 failed to copy the whole DVD without problems near the end!  I was soooo frustrated because there was no way I could have known that would
happen with a 10 minute trial.  Others require you to use multiple CDs or DVDs if the original DVD is too large.  I was so impressed with the trial version of 1ClickDVDCopy that after only the second copy use, I bought the full version program and I have never been happier!  The program is so amazingly easy to use (I MEAN EASY) and works flawlessly every time!  I have never burned a frisbee yet!  This is just great for making backups of data and videos.  Great program guys!  100% satisfied customer here and I WILL TELL MY FRIENDS ABOUT YOU!!! :)

In my search for DVD copying software, I found a TON of products that claimed to answer my needs, and only yours does! It is a pleasure to just take a few minutes here to thank you and praise you for a job well done. It is well worth it to register this quality software. I burned with great satisfaction three times, registered, and kept on burning! I’ve tried seemingly all of the “usual suspects” in this crowded market. All lack the combination of features one wants for basic and convenient DVD copying. The others don’t make great copies that fit the way you do, and on top of that, they often produced buggy copies!! It’s so obvious but they just don’t get it. You do, on the other hand, and you make it work *really* with one click. Your copies WORK every time. What a relief. I love the interface, the encoding is fast, the CopyToDVD engine is great, and the quality of the resulting copy is just what I wanted. I am pretty experienced with CD and DVD copying and am comfortable with advanced interfaces and choices. However, when you get right down to it, you want to spend your time copying and enjoying your movies, not twiddling with clunky software. Doesn’t get much better than this--and for only one click. Bravo!!
